1st Defense Screening Solutions, LLC (1st Defense) is a s a consumer reporting agency, regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all consumer information.

Collection & Use of Consumer Information

1st Defense collects consumer information only upon the request of an authorized user who has a permissible purpose under the FCRA. For employment-related screenings, users must certify that they have obtained the individual's written consent before requesting a background check.

• User Certification & Audits: All users must certify their permissible purpose and may be subject to audits to ensure compliance.

• Data Confidentiality: We do not maintain a consumer information database for resale or distribution.
