In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), individuals have the right to request a copy of their background report and to dispute any inaccurate or incomplete information.

To request your report:

  2. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents to protect your privacy.
  3. Our Compliance Team will respond with instructions on how to securely access your report.

Timelines can vary based on the type of check and specific requirements. Most standard background checks are completed within 24–72 hours. More detailed investigations may take longer, depending on the complexity of the information being verified.
