Michele Justice is the Founder and President of Personnel Security Consultants and the Managing Partner of 1st Defense Screening Solutions, bringing over 30 years of expertise in personnel security, background investigations, and adjudication. A dedicated advocate for Tribal and federal security programs, she has trained thousands and continues to lead with innovation, integrity, and a commitment to protecting communities.
Amanda Rogers
Director, Administration and Operations
Amanda Rogers, Director of Administration and Operations, has been a dedicated member of PSC and now 1st Defense Screening Solutions for 18 years. She played a vital role as PSC expanded into fingerprinting and background screening solutions and now oversees the 1st Defense Screening Solutions’ background investigations team, compliance, and client agreements, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
